Staff were very helpful and friendly, although the front desk doesn’t seem to be a 24hr service. I’m guessing that’s the case because no one answered when I tried to contact them at 3am lol. The room’s size was decent but the bathroom was a bit cramped. The water pressure of the shower was too strong that it felt like I was being stabbed by needles, even when I stepped back. I only gave 4 stars for the convenience of having the most popular slots downstairs and the free self-parking garage.

The room was nice and staff was helpful. Everything was super clean and the hotel itself is the best in Reno. Good food, good drinks, live entertainment. Only issue we had was the window in the room had a big gap in the corner and wasn’t sealed. Wouldn’t be an issue except there was a storm with high winds outside and the wind was causing the window to whistle quite loudly all night. You could also feel the cold air blowing in. This kept me up most of the night and was quite annoying. We let the person at the front desk know, so hopefully they’ll get it fixed.
