Enjoy the wildlife and beautiful views on a lake in Rotonda West. This three bedroom, two bath house has a heated pool. The open floor plan features a dining room, living room, breakfast, and kitchen with a breakfast bar. Master bath includes a separate water closet and a roman tub. Each bedroom has their own walk-in closet. Access to the heated pool from the master bedroom and queen room. The lanai is a wonderful place for a lunch by the pool or a lounge for an afternoon nap. Children are welcome, ages 13 and above.

Hurricane Ian Update:

Our house sustained minimal damage inside from Ian. All repairs have been completed inside.

There is a new pool cage over the lanai and the pool is fully functional! We lost a few trees but there is still a beautiful lake to view!

During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Cape Haze Pioneer Trail Park. Enjoy features like an outdoor pool, a gym, and laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a private pool are available in the vacation home.
