*Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details.

Great for multiple families

Stayed in the Fall, and loved the outdoor area between the two houses! The tablet that was set up to stream music on the outdoor speakers was a nice touch that added to the experience of hanging by the pool. Relaxing around the fire pit nightly was an excellent bonus that we haven't experienced on 30A before. The guest house having its own kitchen and laundry machine is another unique touch that sets this property apart from so many others that our large families have stayed at. The garage was fully stocked with so many bikes, beach chairs, pool floats, sand toys, baby gate, stroller. Diamond Gulf was easy to work with and stayed in touch, checking in on our needs throughout our stay. All of this plus a short easy walk to the beach, make this a property that I would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our week. Having two separate houses allowed us to spread out and the kids enjoyed their space on the first floor of the main house. The house was clean and the management was very responsive to our needs and quick to help if we needed anything. We will definitely book again through Diamond Gulf Rentals.

Great House!

The house was fantastic! Sitting on the balcony watching the ocean was a perfect start to the day. There was plenty of space for the whole family and the pool was great. As an added bonus, there was a store within walking distance. I highly recommend this rental!

Great House! Stayed for a week with another family and our kids had a great time. Option to heat the pool was perfect for a cooler spring trip. Close to the beach, comfortable house/space, outdoor music and fire pit were great, and beach wagon/tools made it easy to go to the beach. Kitchen and grill made for great cooking.

Incredible House and Service!

My family of 17 had a wonderful time in this beautiful house! Accommodations are first rate, beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of bathrooms. It took a while to get used to the alarms on each door, but we appreciated the importance of protecting the kids from escaping the house and jumping in the pool. The pool was great and the beach easy to access. We would definitely stay in this house again!
