CAMP WATERCOLOR
‘Mint Julep’ is seated in the perfect area! It is close to the pools and is a short bike ride to the Beach Club. Camp WaterColor is a well-known hot spot for tourists because of its quick accessibility to the resort pools, the Beach Club, shopping, dining and beach access along 30A. It is located in the northeast section of this resort and approximately 10 blocks from the beach. Camp WaterColor has an enormous waterpark and is approximately 2 blocks from the home. It features a lazy river, a main pool with a slide, a zero-entry pool and a small children’s area with a slide. It also includes a playground, basketball court and The Canteen Restaurant & Bar, which serves delicious meals daily, currently open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

THE BEACH CLUB
The Beach Club is located right by the WaterColor Inn and Resort. It has a tall tower you can’t miss that marks the entrance. This exclusive club is 45,000 sq. ft. and provides access to a children’s pool, large family pool with plenty of lounge seating, changing rooms with showers and lockers, an open bar called Costa Chica, WaterColor Grill restaurant and a sun deck. This famous club also has spectacular beach views and grants access to the pristine sparkling white sands and dazzling emerald blue ocean. Currently open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS
‘Mint Julep’ provides INCREDIBLE beds and bedding! Fluffy, white, brand new duvets have been placed in the master suites downstairs and queen suite upstairs. The wonderful beds provide the perfect firmness, comfort and support.

In total, the home has 4 spacious bedrooms (2 are master suites with king beds) which all have TVs, and sleeps 10 people. The 2 master suites are located on the first floor and there are 2 bedrooms located on the 2nd floor. The second floor has a queen suite with 2 queen beds, a bunkroom with 2 twin beds and a game room with 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds) and a pull out couch.

There are 3 bathrooms in this stunning home. There is one en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, water closet and a standing shower, for the master bedroom with a king bed on the 1st floor. There is another full bathroom on the 1st floor with a shower/tub combo and it opens to the first floor hallway, as well as to the second master King bedroom. The third full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is located on the second floor, at the end of the hall.

KITCHEN
Cook delicious meals in this gorgeous kitchen that has granite countertops, updated stainless steel appliances and new dinnerware and glassware. Gather around the kitchen table (seats 8) or sit on the bar stools (seats 4) to enjoy family dinners in this fully equipped kitchen with a wine cooler.
