Welcome to 30A Kinda Day in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, FL. You will love this brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the top floor of Gulf Place Residences. This luxurious unit is tastefully decorated in a beachy, coastal theme. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, his and her closets, and an ensuite bath with dual vanities and a gorgeous walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen bed. You can expect a good night’s sleep on our premium mattresses. There are also bunk beds in the bunk alcove.
You can look out the window at the gulf from our living room while watching television on a 55inch HDTV. The master has a 50 inch HDTV, and a there is a 43 inch HDTV in the guest room. The balcony has a table and barstools for four, with incredible views of the gulf. Guests can sit out on the balcony and eat dinner, while watching some of the most amazing sunsets you will ever see.
The high ceilings give the condo a very open, spacious feel, and the kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances and a gorgeous quartz island with seating for 6. The kitchen connects to the living room where you can relax on a soft, U-shaped couch that pulls out into a large area that will comfortably sleep one adult or two kids.
Enjoy the wonderful Gulf Place amenities including 3 pools (one heated), a hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a grilling area. The Gulf Place Residences condo complex is a BRAND NEW low-rise condominium complex on 30A. Located under 200 yards to the public beach access at Gulf Place, this complex features 3 deeded beach access points, 3 pools, 2 tennis courts, a hot tub, shuffleboard, and a grilling area. This area of 30A also features many restaurants, shops, cafes, and places of interest including a large outdoor amphitheater that hosts many fun activities throughout the year.

Great place!

The condo was great and had everything we needed. The location is close to beach/restaurants/shops and our teens loved the bikes. We had a little situation where the smoke detectors went off due to low battery and owners took care of it immediately. We would stay here again.

Fun Spring Break Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Gulf Place and were pleasantly surprised with the area. We have typically stayed more in Destin where it has become really busy. The beaches and restaurants were not crowded at all and everything you need was really close and convenient. We had great pizza one night a Fat Daddy Pizza and some awesome breakfast tacos at Shelby's Beach Bar and Grill. We felt like the location was really safe to where we could let our older teens out to explore on their own. Beach access was close and convenient. We liked the option of having a pool close by as well.

We had an amazing experience at this property! The home was exactly as described in the listing—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The location was perfect, close to 30A and bech, yet in a quiet area, so we were able to relax and unwind. The amenities were top-notch, and we especially loved the kitchen stocked with coffee essentials. The beds were comfortable, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, this property made our trip even more memorable. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a SRB condo.

Girls Get Away

Great girls stay at a nice condo with everything you needed. Location was perfect, safe and clean area. Very close to beach, shops, and restaurants. Enjoyed riding the bikes and using beach chairs. Hope to come back soon....

Loved our stay at this beautiful condo!

We chose this property for our beach week at 30A after reading the exceptional reviews from previous guests. It was one of the best places we’ve stayed as a family! Not only did the condo have everything we needed, it is so beautifully decorated and CLEAN! You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. The parking, elevator, and short walk to the beach were great. We drove up and down 30A and were really happy that we chose to stay in Gulf Place- a much less crowded/congested area. There are a few things about the beach that I think future guests should know. It’s a shame that 30A Shade (beach chair service) literally takes up the entire front row with seats & umbrellas, creating almost a wall between the folks further back and the water- even if these chairs are not being occupied. Sometimes we had to squeeze through them just to get to the water. We set up our chairs in the designated Gulf Place Residences section, but on our last beach day, the owner of a very run down property told us we were sitting on her private beach! We didn’t cross over the sign that said “Private”, so we have no idea what she was talking about. Gulf Place may need to make their sections of the beach more clear to guests, even though we are sure we were in the right place (with other GP guests) and had been all week. The whole private vs. public beach stuff was new to us, as we are from SC and this is not an issue at North & South Carolina beaches.

Wonderful 4th of July

The condo was clean, updated and supplied with all our needs. We appreciated the yummy coffee bar and also the spices and olive oil that we used for cooking one of the nights. Kids enjoyed the water view from the balcony, beds were very comfortable and the unit stayed nice and cool despite how hot it was outside. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!

Immaculate indeed!

Excellent property and location to the beach, shops and 30A fun! We felt welcomed, taken care of and pampered with this great condo and fantastic view of the Gulf! The owner may want to check the sliding door of the Master bathroom and the towel rack in the guest bathroom since these were not in working order when we arrived. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay, amenities and the beach! We were blessed by this vacation and highly recommend this Immaculate condo for all beach-goers!

Excellent stay and location

We have stayed in the 30A area many many times but never on the west end. We decided to stay closer to the places we like to frequent this time around. The condo was clean and comfortable and the location to the things we love couldn’t be beat! We also enjoyed the view of the gulf from the unit. Excellent communication from the owners as well. We would definitely stay here again for a short adults only trip.
