-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Pool Heat Fee: Additional $25 p/day from November thru April. Pool temperature is set to 86 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees, pool temperature may drop significantly. Temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
- This property has a maximum parking allowance of two vehicles.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this house. We arrived on time for check-in and the key was already waiting for us.The house has a comfortable floor plan and is fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked with an ample supply of pots, pans, and dishes. There are four bedrooms, each with ample space for at least 10 people. Our kids particularly enjoyed the game room, but the pool was the highlight of our stay.The house is conveniently located, just a short drive from Siesta Key. The neighborhood is quiet and charming and the house is close to supermarkets and restaurants, making it easy to grab a bite or do some shopping. There are bikes to ride, beach towels and sand toys for the kids. The communication with the host was excellent. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and were always responsive to our inquiries. After the check out, one of us noticed we left a valuable item in the house and the host was really responsive and helpful. When we returned two hours later, the cleaning crew was already waiting for us to return it. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient vacation spot.

Property manager was very responsive when we called. A bathroom sink was clogged and he came right over to fix; however the sink did not have a drain plug. Four BR house but silverware for only 6-8.

Great place in a most convenient location!!

House was "as advertised". We had all the space we needed and all the amenities we could want. We did have an issue with broken furniture, but the management responded very quickly and corrected the problem within a few hours. We would stay there again.

Needs a little sprucing up.

The house was wonderful. Plenty of room...we had 4 adults and 3 children. Beds were good. We did have a shower issue that was quickly resolved by maintenance. In order to give this rental a 5 star there would need to be some easy updates. They had a mixture of dishes. No small plates. If they would buy a set that all matches it would appear nicer. There were only a couple teaspoons. Our little ones had to use tablespoon size spoons. Some of the towels are frayed and should be replaced. There are not enough wash cloths. Many pool toys are broken and should be tossed. The furniture needs some spot cleaning. There are many places in the home where fingers have touched and left dirty marks. This would be an easy clean. The pool and deck need to be power washed.
