The room was very nice and clean but for me the bed was too soft. Of course, this is a subjective thing. We were disappointed that the restaurant food was just passable, although it is a convenience if you are too tired to go to a nearby restaurant. Restaurants are not right outside the door. You need to do some walking to get to them which is ok during the day, but at night walking a number of blocks in an area almost empty of pedestrians seemed like it could be unsafe. The hotel provides a free shuttle service which is very helpful but it would be nice if restaurants were closer or the food in the hotel restaurant was better. Our second night we would have tried dinner again, but they were out of the first 3 menu items that we wanted so we called the shuttle driver and went downtown.

The room was "tired." The A/C didn't work. The room had a combination musty/chemical smell. And, while they supposedly have a restaurant and room service, the front desk didn't seem to know what room service was and the restaurant, which was supposedly open for dinner had no one in it, either as a patron or staff. The parking garage was tight, and the one EV charger charges at an incredibly slow rate.
