This is definitely a Beachy- cozy cottage. Easy check in and out. Organized and Equipped with everything you need for your stay. Cleanliness gets a 10. Easy walk to beach and resturants. Very nice place, we were very comfortable. Bed was comfortable. It’s bright and cheery inside with a great open concept with good flow. Perfect for 2 people. LOVE how close the beach is!! Just a short walk. St Augustine Beach is huge with few people. Very nice for walking every day. The historic district is awesome! We had a couple of VERY minor issues with a drain and smoke detector, both addressed by host. We would, and hopefully will, book there again.
