This home accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms with three beds and two and a half bathrooms. The primary suite includes a private full bath, while the additional bedrooms offer soft linens and comfortable bedding. One of the bathrooms features a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day by the water.

Outdoor living
Spend your afternoons by the saltwater pool which is shared with the Salt Therapy South house, available year-round, or unwind on the patio or balcony surrounded by ocean breezes. A BBQ grill and outdoor dining area create the perfect setting for shared meals. With beach access conveniently located across A1A, the shoreline is never far from reach.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Gather around the dining table for breakfast before heading out or share dinner as you listen to the surf nearby.

Comforts & amenities
Across three levels, you’ll find air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and Wi-Fi to keep you comfortable throughout your stay. Relax in the living area with an HDTV or take advantage of the washer, dryer, and iron for convenience. Essentials such as towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided. A private elevator connects each floor, and the driveway offers parking for up to three vehicles.

Located in North Vilano Beach, this home places you close to local grocery stores, restaurants, and the historic charm of St. Augustine. The nearby Intracoastal Waterway boat launch offers another way to enjoy the coast.

-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
