This was our first stay at a bed and breakfast and we had a great experience at the Carriage Way Inn. The location was perfect, close to everything! The staff was friendly and eager to make our stay special and memorable. We will definitely stay here again when visiting St. Augustine.

Very walkable to historic district. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Old house, old district. They have made great updates to an old property.

The Carriage Way Inn is conveniently located, but the accommodations were not worth $300 per night. The room was too small, not well maintained, hvac did not work, TV was difficult to operate and we were disturbed by other guests talking and yelling until after midnight. Overall, I would avoid this Inn.

We recently spent New Year's Eve at the Carriage Way Inn and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The inn itself is steeped in history, which added a unique charm to our experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We especially appreciated the delicious and varied breakfast served each morning. While our room offered a convenient location, it unfortunately faced both roadways. As light sleepers, we did find the noise from revelers throughout the night to be somewhat disruptive. Despite this minor challenge, we highly recommend the Carriage Way Inn. The overall experience was fantastic, and we would gladly return in the future.

We were there during a busy time, and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. But they were trying. The breakfast area was very crowded. The WiFi never worked in our room. It is a convenient location if you want to be in the middle of the old town area.

The Carriage Way Inn was a lovely Bed & Breakfast! Quiet and nicely located to everything . Staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was amazing . The Ruby room was Small but perfect for us. The only thing was the bed was really hard. Could use a topper of some kind. Great Location and service. We’d go back!

Beautiful Bed & Breakfast. The Inn was only outshined by the staff. Gracious checkin process, very helpful & welcoming. The Sapphire room was perfect for a one night getaway and the breakfast was delicious. Will stay again when visiting Saint Augustine.
