Very good location. Not in the middle of everything but within walking distance to everything. We were 66-72 yrs of age. Walked everywhere.

Think it before you book

No problem for the first 4 days then it went bad. On the 4th day put the maid service sign on the door. The gentleman cleaning rooms saw me. I came back end of the evening, the sign was stuck at the top where they to show it was clean. When I went in, it wasn’t touched. There are no garbage pails outside so I had to wait until the next day. Then the next problem. During the night went int the bathroom, roaches in the bathroom and by the morning more near the sink. Once again I put the sign and this time it was clean. There was a woman servicing rooms was great. She would see us and ask if we need garbage taken or anything else. The gentleman, not so much. Roaches got worse the rest of the trip. Overall it was good other than the roaches and garbage. Especially after 6 days the garbage gets bad. I would suggest a garbage pail to each area. 2 other problems but that’s not the problem of the facility. Someone next to use was outside smoking weed. It’s illegal to smoke weed outside. Our room wreaked from it. It’s disgusting. The other is outside upstairs, the door was wide open. 2 guys and a girl walked in and out to the room naked. The last thing my11 year old daughter needed to see. I little work it would be great. Not until this is fixed

Onenight stay Easter weekend.

It was ok for a least expensive stay in St Augustine. Sink was cracked, mattress seemed old and the tile floor was making my bare feet black. That was the worst. I get that the hotel is old but dirty floors like this are awful.

The staff at the reception area is very friendly and very accommodating and the cleaning crew that does the cleaning of the rooms does an excellent job and the price is perfect. What I didn't like is that the room is very low light and it's hard to see and did not have a proper security lock that the one that had was broke and on the last day that we were there we had palmetto bugs in the room it's a good thing we didn't find that on the first day or we would have left LOL so I think what they need to do is fix the doors so bugs can't come underneath make sure the security locks are taken care of and do much better Lighting in the rooms. This is an honest review and I wish you all the best.

The staff was very helpful and polite we were supposed to have a queen bed but ended up with 2 full beds the cable tv didn't work and the people in hall were smoking Marijuana half of the night probably wouldn't have been to bad but the air conditioner brought it right into the room probably won't stay there again

Horrible attitude by the staff in the front desk, everything smells old and musky, not too clean, pillows, and mattresses, and really bad condition, nightlight full of rust with sharp edges, did not once came to clean my room, I went to ask for a number to corporate, and the lady would not give it to me because I told her I was unhappy and wanted to place a complaint, Guest outside the rooms without shirts and smoking weed horrible all around miserable experience, definitely not worth my money
