The staff were very good. When we requested clean bath cloths and towels, they were prompt in bringing them. The refrigerator would not get cold. The beds were pretty hard. I have arthritis so it probably wasn’t the hotels fault. Breakfast was always great. We enjoyed our stay in St Augustine.

The room was nothing to write home about. We had a huge crack in our shower, the water pressure was minimal. Everything was cramped, very tight quarters. The hot tub smelled like pond water. The breakfast was not great. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again!
