Morning light filters through the trees as you step onto the front porch, the historic streets of St. Augustine just beginning to stir. Inside, original hardwood floors and carefully preserved details reflect the home’s 19th-century roots, while quiet corners invite you to slow down and settle in. Being this close to downtown means you can wander on foot, yet the home itself feels tucked away and calm.
