The staff and hotel were wonderfull. I do have issues though and its not with anyone there or the place. Would definitely stay there again. I travel a lot for work and the Hampton inn is always my first choice. The new style of remodel however is sub par. The beds will slide off the bases with the slightest movement, bathroom vanities are half the size and the shower base is not set in concrete so it makes a horrible creakking sound with move while showering.

Good clean rooms. Good breakfast. If using the Old Town Trolley Tour, a courtesy bus stops at this hotel. You can purchase old town trolley tour tickets at the hotel. Front desk people were friendly and helpful.

The staff was wonderful! It is convenient to all of the attractions in St. Augustine. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good. I especially loved the scones and the coffee. My friend really liked the waffles. What we didn't like was the height and comfort of the beds and the heat and air controls. The chairs were uncomfortable and there was no table. The pillows were awful. So glad I brought my own. Also, wifi password should be provided when you check in. It wasn't. And, television channels are limited. Amenities could be better.

Had an amazing stay .The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The highlight was definitely the breakfast – it was absolutely delicious with so many options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great stay.

There was a young employee camped out on a chair in the hallway next to my room and i was told he was security for a school group. Then that first night the fire alarm went off twice! Also they dont recycle and insist on wasteful housekeeping services every 3rd day vs just letting me ask to replace any needed towels and bathmats. They did this a second time on the day i was due to check out and had already asked for a short extension on check out. Yet they still banged on my door earlier. Their communication needs to improve.
