Nice hotel and staff but charging me $20 extra for a normal parking space on their surface lot is a slimy business practice. Especially since the charge was not revealed until after I reserved the room! Really do not like this business practice.

Beautiful hotel

It was a quick overnight girls trip but the hotel was beautiful, clean and in a great area. Room was large with 2 big, very comfortable and clean beds. Room had a coffee maker and microwave. Breakfast was a plus before heading out for the day. Would highly recommend

The room seems very fancy and modern, the customized welcome sign on the TV was a neat touch. We enjoyed all the shopping nearby and even walkable to downtown historic part of St. Augustine. Would definitely stay here again. Very friendly staff when we checked in and we were e even able to check in an hour early with no trouble! Thank you!

Unbelievable stay

Went to St Augustine for a Celebration of Life and when I got to the hotel I had the easiest check in ever, the room was just beautiful and clean and the bed was comfortable, I totally will stay there again.
