The hotel is clean & maintained. Staff is nice. The free breakfast is not so bad, nothing fancy. Although you have to pay $20 for parking, there is plenty of spaces. You can walk to St George Street but with FL heat & humidity, you might want to consider driving instead. One thing, I need to point out, the bathroom floor is squicks a lot. Overall, its a good hotel.

The staff was wonderfully accommodating and incredibly kind. This booking was a bargain considering the incredible facilities. Very clean, updated fixtures, and overall a very welcoming atmosphere. I plan to book here again for my next trip to St Augustine.

Had an issue with our room shortly after check in, hotel staff acted instantly and moved our room promptly. Continental breakfast was good and service was overall pleasant. Well kept rooms.

Good hotel

Nice hotel, good location, breakfast buffet was great, very nice staff. You can tell it has been renovated, which was nice, but it still shows its wear. When we checked in the smell was weird, not sure if it was sewer or what but not pleasant, the next day that was gone. Staff was wonderful and got us checked in quick! All in all for the price, would stay again.

The lady at check in wasn’t super friendly, but the ladies who checked us out were great. Did not love that we had to pay to park (I am glad that hotels.com has the information available so that I knew ahead of time) - $20/day seems pretty steep to me. Room was spacious and pretty clean, although there were a couple bugs in the room. Our door was very hard to close and always looked like it was propped open. The pool was nice, but the seating in the pool area was very uncomfortable. Loved that there were some streaming options available on the tv. Great selection at breakfast.
