The customer service and team is amazing, the amenities are such a great aspect of the stay, with a private beach, outdoor bar, wonderful pool area. The main lobby is a short walk from the actual room, about 1 block, as there are 3 properties under the same parent hotel. My experience was great, and I’m happy to have booked the stay, with a great highlight on the quality of customer service and cleanliness.
