Floor where dirty as if no one had been in our room for a period of time. I did not tell front desk and cleaned myself bc I wanted to. You cannot take breakfast back to your room you must eat in the area provided. Pool and hot tub area with seating was nice right outside our door.

The staff were helpful and friendly. There is plenty of parking so you can get close to your room. The room was fairly clean and the bathtub was updated. The price was a good value. There were some cockroaches in the room, but this is common in Florida and perhaps unavoidable.

Not a happy camper

would have been better however we had people either on the other side of us or above us that were very loud, making it very uncomfortable and hard to relax. we went out in hopes to calm the situation however upon arriving back it was worse than prior to us leaving. We packed our things and left 2 days early. we were unable to speak to the front desk as they were busy interacting with Law Enforcent. Was very unhappy that I lost that kind of money and having to go elseware because the front desk chose to ignore and do nothing about.the situation, instead they chose to laugh and make jokes and carry on with law Enforcent.

The hotel overall was quiet. Parking was easy and getting out onto the highway wasn’t too difficult depending upon the time of day. The access door for guest was old and didn’t close properly all the time. The card access took several attempts before it would allow the door to open. Not all areas are handicapped friendly if you’re in a wheelchair. The door frames on the elevator was kind of difficult at times to maneuver a wheelchair in and out. There is a little sign near the breakfast area written in black letters on a dark blue background that says all food has to be consumed in the dinning area. The staff person was adamant about me staying in the area. I was told to go to the front desk and ask permission, then followed me down the hallway as if to make sure I did it. The morning front desk person was rather rude and told me I could not go back to my room regardless of the situation. So I went back to the dinning room where I was watched the whole time by the staff person. The hotel has a policy of maid service every four days. I had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper for the room, and I had to empty my trash can in the trash can out in the hallway. Ok, I can see maybe not cleaning everyday, but at least go in the room to empty the trash can and make sure the bathroom is stocked. Overall, the room was comfortable and spacious. I would go back again in the future.

I booked here and was placed with all the long term stay people in the back. Most will leave you to it. I never saw housekeeping. There were bugs in the bathroom 😆

When you walk into the building, the first thing you smell is an awful wet dog smell, the smell never left and was also present inn the room. I couldnt use the refrigerator because it smelled so badly of mold and odor. Bed sheets and pillows had funkey smell and was bugs crawling.

Another guest was given keys to our room and walked right in at 1am!! It could have been dangerous and it was very awkward. Then when my husband had gone out our own keys wouldn’t work and we had to get them reactivated.
