Man who was at desk upon our arrival at 1140pm Thursday night was rude and unfriendly. Even completely ignored another guest who was trying to ask him a question. Mini fridge in the room didn’t work. Had nearly $100 worth of food we put in there upon arriving and when we returned everything was warm and ruined. Explained this to front desk staff and she just simply said they would check it out, which they didn’t and they didn’t seem to care about the loss of all the food/money we wasted. Cleaning lady was the nicest person in the building.

We arrived and were met by a courteous staff member. The room was neat and clean. We did ask that our sheets be changed which they did. The breakfast was fantastic and the woman that took care of us there was a joy. She started the morning off so good and with a smile!!!
