This was the first Holiday Inn Express that did not provide complimentary breakfast which was disappointing. Also- the room was not as fresh and clean. One room was musty, and the other held a slight urine smell. The rooms were outdated.

Had an issues with my key card and door, had to insert it like 8-10 times for it to open. And the breakfast prices are extremely too high, I just went to Cracker Barrel and got more for less. Other than that, I had a wonderful stay. And I will be back.

The room was fine, but the staff was exceptional! Very courteous. Sean was very friendly and made our short ride to airport enjoyable. Then i realized I forgot my meds in the refrigerator and a call to the hotel and Sean, the shuttle driver was very nice and briught them to the airport for me.

Staff were great, lobby was very clean and inviting, restaurant was pretty good for being so convenient. I thought the room was clean, beds were comfortable. The only thing that bothered me was finding two spiders and a type of flying bug inside the room in different areas of the room. It could have been worse, but just wasn’t expecting that.
