Overall good experience. Soundproofing isn't the best, so the rooms are a bit noisy (from exterior and interior sounds). Breakfast is also below what you would expect from similar hotels at this price point.

Rooms smell bad.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a short weekend trip and was very disappointed with the experience. Upon entering the room, I was immediately hit with a horrible smell, like old, dirty vents. The bathroom was also a letdown—there was hair all over the tub, and the showerhead had visible mold. Additionally, the paint job on several doors looked sloppy and unmaintained. There were no air purifiers in the room, which might have helped with the unpleasant odor. On the positive side, the front desk employee was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, that was the only highlight of the stay. This hotel has potential, but it desperately needs significant improvements in cleanliness and maintenance. I would not recommend it in its current condition.

This hotel is conveniently located near most stores and restaurants you need when traveling. A short distance from downtown but far enough away from the congestion. I would stay here again.

The breakfasts were subpar. Sausage and hard boiled eggs for hot food, pastries and NO FRESH FRUIT! Very limited items and they were frequently having to bring more things out they were out of. Do yourself a favor and go to McDonald’s….. at least you get more choices.

Cockroaches in the room, clogged pipes, hair coming out of the sink, and although it is not their fault, there is a lot of noise in the early morning 3:30 am from other rooms.

Great location. Bus stop near front to downtown St. Pete. Walking distance to LA fitness, Target, CVS. A pretty good seafood restaurant across the street and a German bakery, diner and Thai restaurant close by.
