With plenty of room inside and out you'll enjoy the well equipped kitchen with a 4 burner cooktop, a standard refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. The kitchen Island with 2 bar stools is a great place to sit and work on your laptop. If working isn’t in your plans it’s a prime spot to eat a home cooked meal or enjoy take out from a local eatery. The queen size bed has a pillow top mattress and is plush and inviting. Large closets are a great feature for storing your belongings out of the way. A chaise in the corner of the unit is a great place to relax and read a book or take e a quick nap. A large smart tv with cable can be viewed from anywhere in the unit. The bathroom has great natural light and a walk in shower. The unit also has a washer and dryer for you to use. WiFi is also available. This unit is over a Irish Pub/Bar.

The room was beautiful and well kept. It is well-situated in Dunedin for daily walks through town. Flanagan’s pub below can be noisy so be prepared for late night music.

Great town

Perfect location, no need for a car very walkable to Restaurants and Breweries. There is also a Trolley that takes you to Tarpon Springs and Clearwater beach.

Perfect Studio in Downtown Dunedin

This property was a great find. The location was ideal, being within walking distance of everything downtown Dunedin has to offer. Parking was never an issue, and the host ensured I had everything I needed. I will definitely try to stay here again next time I’m in town.

Great place to stay. There was music being played next door that we enjoyed listening to from our balcony. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We were in the second week of our vacation so it was nice having a washer and dryer. Everything we needed was within walking distance... breweries, restaurants and a market. There was a farmers market a few blocks away during several days while we were there. The host checked in with us the day after our arrival to see if we needed anything. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Place in a great location

This studio apt could not be in a better location to explore Dunedin. Located right on Main Street. The host Erin was great with the check-in process and communicated great. The studio had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely stay here again when in Dunedin.

Exactly as advertised and perfect for my plans. I went down to Fla. to watch some spring training baseball. This apartment is located in the heart of the charming town of Dunedin. Close to great food, shops, live music, fun clubs, the baseball stadium, bike shops, sunsets and there was even a nice farmers/artisans market just down the road each morning. As mentioned by others, there is noise in the evenings from the surrounding bar/restaurants, but that was not an issue for me. Everything ran smoothly and communications with Erin were quick and responsive.

Downtown Dunedin

This property is right in the heart of everything in Dunedin. Great Restaurants, night life, shopping. Short drive to the state park beach. Also relatively close to a lot of Tampa St Pete attractions. The property itself is decorated beautifully and was immaculately clean. I would stay here again when in the area.

The accommodation was spotless clean and was supplied with everything you would need. It was located in downtown Dunedin, walking distance to a great many restaurants and shops. And the host was attentive and gracious. Overall it met all of our needs and expectations.
