Was told when I registered at the desk there would be a $10.00 a day charge for parking. Room wasn’t very clean had hair stuck on the shower wall, tub/shower didn’t drain properly. We were put next to the elevator so all night long it sounded like someone dragging a piano across the ceiling. And then at checkout the front desk receptionist asked how my stay was I told her not very good…never asked what was wrong and never an apology? That was the last straw I never plan to stay at another Holiday Inn absolutely no respect for the customer!

We had an excellent experience at this Holiday Inn. The hotel and our room were very clean, the staff was very nice and the location was perfect. It will be our go to hotel when visiting the Tampa/USF area.

The staff was friendly. The room was very clean although it had a slight pee smell near the refrigerator. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. A real bonus for a weary traveler was the bar area had hamburgers, chicken sandwiches and shrimp tacos. We ordered the burgers with fries and enjoyed them very much. we were so glad we didn’t have to drive to find a restaurant. We plan to stay here again. It is very convenient to be so close to the Moffitt Cancer Center.
