We checked in and were sent to “our” room. When I opened the door to the room and walked in, it was occupied by a family who had been there a couple days already. The front desk was as surprised as we were. They gave us a new room but no upgrades or discount for the terrible situation we were just put in. The shower water pressure was that of a garden hose and the water was barely like warm. The bed sheets had stains covering them and the blankets. The parking was extremely limited and unsafe. For the price of the hotel we were extremely disappointed

Amazing historic hotel

Amazing and beautiful hotel. Love the historic foundation it’s built upon. Friendly staff. Had an issue with the water and they fixed it immediately. Clean and beautiful.
