After a long day of flight delays and damaged luggage, it was wonderful to be greated with an easy check in by friendly staff. We enjoyed a nightcap st the bar with a fun bartender. The staff is holding my broken luggage so I didn’t gave to bring it with us on our crew. I'm very picky about shower heads, and this was what I needed! I'm looking forward to returning this week before we fly home. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Friendly staff, breakfast daily, and the location was amazing. Considering the shutdown guidance and current construction conditions at TPA, arriving early is not just encouraged but expected. So it was super nice to be right across the street (6min) from the airport

The food in the restaurant was very very disappointing. We didn’t get the evening meals we ordered. The so called chef told us they had run out of vegetables and the risotto, so he changed it to a clump of overcooked rice. We didn’t get the option to choose anything different . He was very blasé about it. At breakfast the scrambled egg was a solid block!!!! Disgusting to say the least. I can only suggest your chef gets more training or gets replaced.

This property has a sliding bathroom door. I was locked in the bathroom for about 30 minutes while they sent a front desk clerk with a screwdriver to try to get me out. Finally they got hold of a building engineer with a crowbar. Thank goodness my friend was on this trip with me. If I had been traveling alone I would have been locked in indefinitely and missed my cruise departing. It was traumatic.
