Best on water street

It was awesome we did the water taxis and the trolley right out of the front door just a little walk across the street. Although it was raining on our first night we had a great time in the downstairs bar with a great musician playing. Recommend the charcuterie board and cocktails. Next day was water day and evening trolley. Great time Service was incredible all staff was friendly and accommodating

Good place but BEWARE when they offer and say they will give you “$30 food credit/day” if you spend that much or more in their hotel. They literally lied to us. We ate their 7/7 days and NEVER received anything after submitting our receipts. We given some crazy ridiculous excuse. :( TERRIBLE…we could have eaten at the surrounding wonderful restaurants.

Property itself is beautiful. For the price of the room, it was very basic. I wouldn’t stay here again. Biggest complaint is the loud partying near pool area kept us up until after 1:00am. After spending over $400 for a night here I didn’t expect to need earplugs.

The staff is very accommodating, making sure you are enjoying your stay, highlighting hotel amenities that you would probably not use but after talking with them i enjoy the full Bonvoy experience.

Ok but AC didnt work

AC was not working properly. Called engineer they fixed the issue but most of our stay in the room was in the 80s. We were in and out and didnt want to wait for them to send someone up, so once we were in for the night, it was fixed.
