Staff is very courteous. Able to accommodate my mobility issue by getting us a room on the ground floor. Advised us of shuttle transportation options. The room was extremely clean. The layout of the room was easy to navigate. Overall the breakfast selection was good. If I could recommend anything is they have cranberry juice and waffle iron for real waffles instead of packaged ones.

Updated room that was clean and comfortable. The hotel might be a bit dated but they've definitely put effort into updating it and making it shine. The staff was all just delightful, very helpful and friendly. It is great as an overnight for airport/cruise departure. It's conveniently next to an IHOP and a short walk to a few other restaurants. We will definitely stay here again

Hotel was going to comp part of our room due to the fact that I took a 5 to 10 minute shower and the bathroom flooded. The water ran out the under bathroom door went out into the room halfway about an inch of water. My husband had to mop the floor to get the water up. We missed our dinner for our anniversary. We were not happy. Hotel could not give us any comp because we booked through. What are you going to do to make this right.

Pros: The room was clean. The staff was excellent! Floors were new and walls recently painted. Beds were comfortable. Close to Starbucks, Olive Garden and bonus - IHOP right next door. Dunkin Donuts is a 1/2 hour walk. Cons: Everything was glued down - lamps, USB port, etc. Insufficient lighting. Bathroom has sliding barn door style. Tub faucet showed corrosion. Coffee maker was broken and dusty inside. The continental breakfast was very limited in selection and too short of a time to get it. The pool needed to be skimmed but it was too cold out to swim. Overall, a decent place for someone on a budget. Note: the airport shuttle only runs until 11 PM.

The cleaning staff in morning were extremely loud outside the doors and woke me up repeatedly. Rather than a quiet voice to talk they were full volume like one would expect in a stadium. No possibility of sleeping in for a first day of vacation. Glad I didn’t book multiple nights.
