Had to be issued a 2nd room as 1st one was not ready (waited 45 min and still not done) We were there 3 nights, no place to hang clothes, no suitcase stand, no dresser /unable to unpack anything, no place to hang wet towels, coffee maker taking up valuable counter space in the bathroom. Doors do not have any weatherstripping or seals of any type. Accommodations need to be improved, I suggest the Motel owner spend the night to understand what's required for guests. Breakfast area is very small, limited food options, and the attendant brought out limited items each time. Hard boiled eggs were only available 1 morning, no real hot food other than the microwaveable breakfast sandwich. We witnessed the cleaning staff being given bananas yet apples was the only fruit for paying customers,only saw the tables being cleaned once in the 3 days we were there. Location was overall ok.

Good location . IHOP right across the parking lot . The interior walls are not very thick . Despite the feature photo showing a typical La Quinta lobby from the outside -- with what I assumed was internal access to rooms -- all rooms are accessed from outside . This property should be called a La Quinta Motel .
