The manager was wonderful anything that we asked for he gave us the things that I didn’t like was paying for parking $15 a day and if you do a room for four, it should be the regular price not adding $15 a day more for a person to the room But all together it was nice

The presence of cockroaches in our room caused significant distress for my children, manifesting in nightmares. Furthermore, the breakfast service was substandard due to the server's loudness and failure to provide satisfactory customer service; the server's loud behavior only compounded the issue. In light of this experience, we will not book this hotel again.

So so hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The carpet in our room was filthy. One time across the carpet to the bathroom and my socks turned black.

Stayed to sleep a few hours before driving to the port for a cruise. Over $250 for one night and the place was disgusting. Molded lamp shades and curtains. Old and creepy. Would never recommend.

Very friendly staff. I received a reminder call about my reservation. Instead of sending a shuttle to pick us up at the airport, very late at night, the management sent an Uber to pick us up. It was very quick and it was much appreciated after a long travel day. The front desk person was very helpful and provided exceptional service. We will definitely stay there again the next time we cruise out of Tampa.

Very old structure. Well maintained. But has that cheap musty hotel room smell. If you can get past that. Or you can spend $50 more and stay at the other less expensive chain hotels near by. It surged the purpose for one night. Great location.

Definitely worth the stay. Staff is amazing, and breakfast is pretty good. Yes, the property is “older”, which is very apparent in the bathroom, but it is clean. I will return again next time cruising out of Tampa.

We could hear noise from the street. If your room is upstairs you can take the elevator but have to go downstairs 4 steps. There is a handicap elevator next to the elevator but it didn’t work.

My stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. They gave us directions and printed material on nearby restaurants. Breakfast was good and the attendant very polite and helpful. The area was clean and the variety was plentiful. It was an added benefit to also be picked up from the airport and ride to the port.
