Very quiet and relaxing area. Backyard has a huge tree that makes a great picnic area on the back patio with chairs. This house is close to all of Florida's most popular attractions. Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No furniture, towels, dishes, etc allowed outside the house. Towels and linens are inspected and replaced between guests. Damages will be charged.
If you lock yourself out of house, a $50 fee will be charged. I cannot remotely unlock if guest locks bottom front door and kitchen/garage door.
Report any damage immediately. Repairs/replacements may be charged depending on cause. Hidden damage will be considered intentional.
