Late winter break

Cute little hotel on the beach, very quiet and close to everything. Really nice sunbathing patio with nice lounge chairs close to the hotel and then a little walk down the path to the beach. They had umbrellas and nice lounge chairs set up on the beach too. The pool is smaller but still nice for the size of the hotel. Facility is a little dated but wouldn't stop us from staying here again if we are back. Breakfast was a little better than expected based on other reviews but a nice continental breakfast.

The shower only had half a door and when you showered the water ran onto the floor getting it and the bath mat wet. Kitchen area needs a major face lift. Breakfast was ok but an additional coffee machine would help too.

Friendly staff....complimentary breakfast was good. Grab bar in shower would be recommended. Didn't like that shower was open on side toward back. No door to close once in shower.

The ocean front studio was clean and looked like it had been renovated a short time ago. The property overall was clean, but there were a few cosmetic items that needed to be addressed. There was no elevator and the parking was tight. It looked to be an older beachfront motel that had been renovated. The grab and go coffee and continental breakfast was a bonus.

I am questioning all the high star reviews. We booked three nights. The mattress was probably 20 years old and a spring. So uncomfortable and noisy that we couldn't sleep. The ac was very noisy and came on and off every 5 minutes even though we set fan to on. We left a day early and found another hotel for our last night as two sleepless nights were enough. The beach access was nice as were the chairs. Alot of money considering the condition of the outdated rooms. I definitely cant give this place more than 1 star

Located right on the beach with beach towels, chairs and umbrella provided. Very very clean. Quiet location approximately 2 miles from central beach and all the action.

Great beach views from some rooms. Front desk closes at 9pm, but self check in was fine. No elevator to the third floor. Overall clean and safe with easy beach access.

The beach is beautiful and that is what we travelled across the country for! We had an ocean front room and loved waking up to the sunrise. The staff is very friendly and always available if you need anything. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so easy and enjoyable! We shall return :)

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel before and decided to stay there again. We were placed in the smallest room and wasn't sure the bed was a queen as advertised. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and felt like it had lost all its support. In addition the bed made loud creaking sounds any time you shifted your weight. Needless to say, we didn't sleep well. The AC unit was loud and right adjacent to the bed. The furniture was quite worn, and the few pieces didn't offer much in the way of storage. There was an electrical outlet only on one side of the bed so on my side there was no lamp (no night stand there either) as well as having to charge devices across the room. On the positive side, the staff was nice and the grab and go breakfast selections were adequate. Most positive was the coffee machine
