My wife and I have stayed at this hotel before and decided to stay there again. We were placed in the smallest room and wasn't sure the bed was a queen as advertised. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and felt like it had lost all its support. In addition the bed made loud creaking sounds any time you shifted your weight. Needless to say, we didn't sleep well. The AC unit was loud and right adjacent to the bed. The furniture was quite worn, and the few pieces didn't offer much in the way of storage. There was an electrical outlet only on one side of the bed so on my side there was no lamp (no night stand there either) as well as having to charge devices across the room. On the positive side, the staff was nice and the grab and go breakfast selections were adequate. Most positive was the coffee machine

Prestige exceeded our expectations from the minute we checked in. Front office staff were cheerful and efficient. The back patio is adorable with a great view of the ocean. Beach area was very clean and not too crowded. Loved walking the neighborhood, with Public beach and restaurants close by.

I am a seasonal resident in Vero Beach and rented my condo during this time so I needed a place to stay to take care of personal things. I so enjoyed this short stay. The property is loving, clean, and size was appropriate for what I needed. Easy access right to beach, wonderful continental breakfast. With rental car, everything was accessible. Would definitely recommend this place to any visitors to the area and I sure there are larger accommodations for anyone that needs extra room. I also thank the office for the late checkin arrangements for my arrival.

Nice to be on the beach, however the room amenities are dated and the room smelled musty and moldy. We stayed for 4 nights and two of the days coffee was not replaced and the office was closed until 8 am.

Horrible hotel

The hotel was filthy, the manager was rude, the ac did not work, we did not get the room we booked and the manager did not care. Although we put out our sign for maid service the room was not cleaned at all the 3 days we were there. Manager just kept saying someone will come. The pool was dirty, the water was green.
