This is a very nice hotel, spacious room and nice staff.. I was in room 212.. In the middle of the night, I went to the fridge to get water and saw small baby roaches going in by the side of the sink. Had to cut my 3 day stay short and left after the second day. Hope it helps.

We were not happy with the room as it was described to us that there was a fold out bed, in reality it was a pull out couch that did not meet our needs. In addition the day clerk at the desk was less than enthusiastic when approached about the room cleaning after the pipe irrigations in all the rooms. We were told to let the water run for several minutes when the job was completed and then the water came out brown. However, we requested that the shower stall be sanitized with bleach and she stated they don't do that. I stated that something needed to be done or else I would speak to a manager.
