This is actually my first time in my life I hate my room. Me and my boyfriend just was switched to room 630 because room 130 didn’t have hot water, the toilet didn’t flush, the HDMI port don’t work, when I tried to call the front desk the phone cord would not stay inside the phone so I can complete the call and the speakerphone did not work!! The customer service is not good at all!! When I was at the desk waiting to complain about my issue there were two Elder women and she requested two additional pillows. The front desk lady stated there was no housekeeping and she will have to wait until the morning. I volunteer two pillows from my room because it was two beds and I did not need the additional pillows. The front desk lady looked irritated and said to the other lady, she will bring them down to her room. And not to mention, they said the hotel was sold out of rooms, but yet they switched our room!! she asked me did I want to switch my room as if I wanted to stay in a room without a flushing toilet. This is only a day trip and it’s only nine at night.! I would not recommend this hotel for anybody and I’m not over exaggerating or lying!!!!!!! I didn’t like the fact that the elevator was dirty and the whole entire hotel did not smell the best!!! to be honest room 630 was better than 130 but I won’t be going back! The only most convenient thing about the hotel is I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go!!

Roaches in the room. Elevator got stuck with people on it. 27 channels on the tv and 6 of them are frozen or with no sound. Told the front desk about the roaches and all that was said was I’m sorry. $200 a night for this? No way

My room look like a roach Motel. There was a big patches everywhere around the front door the safe box was Rusty. Around the bottom of the bathroom entry door was all rotted out. The toilet wasn't cleaned the floors weren't cleaned meaning they weren't vacuumed at all. A shower was nasty the ceiling over the head of the shower was patched multiple times and it was leaking from above and stains on the sheets and I paid $200

Older somewhat rundown property, was clean but dated and needs refresh. Water pressure horrible. Good for 1 night on road but needs refesh sooner than later. Kind of at noisy intersection and noise traveled between rooms more than most hotel's

Carpet, bathroom & furniture. Everything needs to be worked out, it feels more like a motel rather than a hotel. When I arrived the receptionist greeted me she handed my room key and described the location of the elevators. When I started walking through the hallway. I felt a funky smell. It smelled like marihuana being masked with cleaning products together with a dampness. When I entered my room, I noticed that the carpet and furniture inside the room were also smelly and damped. The chairs inside the room looked gross with stain marks everywhere. The only thing cleaned thoroughly were the towels and bedsheets. The bathroom had lose hardware's. The toilet didn't feel stable like if it was missing some nuts to hold it in place. Water chain inside the toilet was releasing water constantly. I tried to fix it by pulling the handle smoothly but didn't worked, leaking water all night. This is just a few things and I haven't even say half of it. The hotel looks nice on pictures but nothing like having a in-person experience. Moral of the story: "You get what you pay for". Overall: I won't recommend this "Hotel" to any one. Thank you for your time reading this....
