To enhance your experience of the great views of the Intracoastal, we added a 3rd story rooftop deck with a spa and a 4th story "Crow's Nest"!

Who will love this home:
Mature guests will fall in love with this home and the amazing views of the Intracoastal Waterway! It will take your breath away! It is in a beautiful residential area, one house off Flagler Drive, and is not a site for parties/events, but rather a beautiful well-appointed getaway for family, friends, and golfers! Families, friends, golfers paradise in amazing Key West style home next to Florida's beautiful intercoastal.

The Awesome Location:
100 feet from Intracoastal and Flagler Drive. Sunrise, Sunset, and anytime walks, biking, jogging, skipping, and strolling the walkway along the water! Manatees in the Winter, Dolphin sightings, Blue Herons, and much more wildlife year-round! Abundant amenities include a backyard retreat with a tiki hut and pool, rooftop hot tub, and more. There are great restaurants within walking distance. We have 9 sets of golf clubs and Palm Beach County has the most golf courses per capita anywhere. The Park, a Tiger Woods-affiliated golf course is newly constructed and is located a couple of miles away and Palm Beach Par 3 along the ocean is amazing. Also, you are minutes from downtown West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Lake Worth, and the ocean. The deal just became better!

Unforgettable Accents:
The third-floor rooftop deck provides a great place to relax in the hot tub overlooking the Intracoastal. So does the 4th floor “Crow's Nest”, with its spectacular panoramic views, including those beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Both are easily accessible using the 3-floor elevator. A dumb waiter can bring up your food and beverages as well. The backyard Pergola (Tiki Hut) was recently installed, and along with Tiki Torches and the 50’ lap pool, provide an “island feel”. The recently installed Gas Lanterns bring that Key West feel as well! The pool is maintained at 86 degrees unless a cold snap occurs. There is a poolside shower as well. The kitchen is designed for a cooking paradise with TWO 4 gas burners and TWO ovens for great entertaining. The “aquarium” dining room provides a unique area for entertaining.

The Key West Legacy in West Palm Beach:
The home was designed after a Duval Street historic Key West home—Fogarty’s House. It was the American Red Cross Designer Showcase Home in 2013, (and featured in the 2014 Traditional Home Magazine). The unique decor will add to your enjoyment of this spacious home, with its state-of-the-art features.

Important Details:
A list of all guests who will be staying overnight as well as any guests who may be visiting during the daytime is required before check-in. ID is required at the time of booking to verify the renter is at least 30 years old.
Any contractors hired or invited to come on the property must be approved and liability insurance must be sent to hosts. A quick 15-minute entry tour is required and will familiarize our guests with all the unique amenities we offer. Check-in range is from 4 PM - 6 PM. Arrangements must be made for times outside that range. Only people listed by the renter are allowed on the property this includes any for-hire person or business. Thus for-hire personnel must be approved by the owners before the stay and submit liability coverage to the renter and then to the owners. HIBACHI CHEFS ARE PROHIBITED. Persons on the property above the designated number will result in a loss of deposit. Parking for vehicles is allowed in the driveway and on the street in front of the house. Cars, SUVs, small vans, and pickup trucks, are permitted. No commercial vehicles or buses, shuttle vans, etc. If the house or its contents is damaged in any way, is left excessively dirty, and/ or are full of trash, a cleaning fee of $250 will be deducted from your deposit. If a late checkout is requested and is available based on schedule, the guest can pay an additional $250 to stay until 3 PM.
No activities on the front lawn or porch including but not limited to Yoga, Sports, Bounce houses, Parties, Meetings, etc. No placement of any decorations or objects on the front porch, lawn area or driveway. As per house rules, noise monitoring is occuring and guests will receive an introductory text from the MINUT noise monitoring system prior to their stay and if noise levels indicate a follow up text, one or more will be sent to the guest(s). Any purchase through Amazon Prime will be charged to the guest and/or deducted from the deposit or charged back.

Owner available during your stay:
On the property, west of the house is a sequestered cottage which is home to the owners of the property. The two parts of the property are separate and private. It is a perfect location for family reunions, friend getaways, golfers, sporting events and conventions, and such events as the Honda Classic, Spring Training, West Palm Beach Sunfest, Super Bowls, etc. The owner has lived in West Palm Beach since 1991 and can provide information about unique activities, restaurants, venues, etc. They will offer you the best experience the Palm Beach area has to offer!

Bedrooms and Sleeping Areas:
There are 4 bedrooms with balconies on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a single sofa bed with a private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and queen sleeper sofa. The 3rd bedroom has a queen-sized bed, 2 twin beds, and a private bathroom. The 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds and a trundle bed that accommodates 2. There is a hall bathroom on this floor. The 3rd-floor study has a queen sleeper sofa, as does the living room. There is another full bath on the first floor.

Guest protection:
Reme Halo Whole Home In-Duct Air Purifier/virus destroyers are installed in all air handlers. The house has an automatic backup generator which will kick in within 30 -45 seconds after a power outage and will continue to run during the outage event. This is extremely useful in case of a power outage.
