The location of this hotel is its biggest asset. It was close enough to walk to most things but far enough away to not feel congested. Very close to train stations. A small grocery store right next door. The room was clean and spacious.

Really nice hotel, check in was quick and efficient. They allowed me to check in early without any fuss. Lobby itself has a coffee shop and a bar which is nice. The regular rooms are of a good size, beds are comfy. TV allows you to connect your phone to it, which is great as many hotels restrict this. Plenty of teas and coffees in the room. The only real downside I found during my stay was the shower head didn’t want to stay central and would’ve liked a little more heat from the shower. Otherwise it’s a great hotel, everything is super close and walkable. Would stay again

Great Hotel in central Birmingham overlooking the Canal. Next door to the Mailbox with its lovely restaurants. Chose this Hotel for its closeness to the Alexandra Theatre and also convenient for New St Station.
