Always choose the Mailbox hotels ( this one and the Malmaison) if possible when traveling for work in Birmingham. Very convenient for restaurant and parking options- hotel amenities and breakfast all good.

Stayed just the one night , but the hotel is in the perfect location for going to concerts , bars and restaurants, the staff were so friendly and helpful, out twin room was excellent,next time visiting Birmingham will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel

Great location in the heart of the Mailbox. Friendly staff. Very comfortable stay. Rooms were lovely and good view of the city. I would definitely stay here again.

Escape from London.

Was an anmazing experience with my girlfriend. The receptionist Talar and Cristina were very professional, friendly, and always had a smile on. The hotel location was beautiful, i’d definitely be visiting again.

Rooms are stuffy and too hot

I normally stay in this hotel in Birmingham city Centre. Unfortunately, my stay wasn't as pleasant on this occasion. During the night I discovered the air-conditioning was centrally managed and I wasn't able to cool the room. I was also unable to open any window or door, which I have been able to do in other rooms at previous days. This unfortunately made it a very unpleasant day for me.
