Very nice w/some items to note

The hotel and rooms are of a high standard and the staff is kind and helpful. Aston Uni is across the street which seems a good place for a walk. Three things to be aware of: 1. If you have perfume sensitivities, the lobby and bar are treated with a perfume which can be a problem for you. We tried to move through quickly to minimise our bodies’ reactions. 2. There is no loading/unloading area in front for luggage. If a Ringgo space in front happens to be open and no warden, you may be able to get away with borrowing that for 5 min. Otherwise, getting luggage to/from your car can be awkward. 3. The pillows are soft feather-type, which means the compress flat under your head. If you need medium or high loft pillows, you’ll want to check with hotel staff to see if those are available.

I stayed at the hotel a day before I was to continue there for a conference. Whitney is amazing!!! Just awesome! Nothing was too much trouble. However, I asked the gent in the mornings at the desk to please refill my shower gel and he didn't - I had to ask Whitney and it was done almost immediately. Breakfast was ok - wasn't awesome. Not a lot of choice in drinks and no hot chocolate for those who do not drink coffee. It was a very nice stay, just wish that the shower gel and shampoo was checked daily and refilled if you are going to use the bigger bottles.

Family friendly hotel

We had a great stay for two nights. First time in a hotel with 3 small children. Staff were very accommodating and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. My only suggestion for small improvement would be more storage space for clothes/toiletries etc. Even hooks for towels would’ve been useful. But these were very minor things and we found our overall experience to be an excellent one!
