In terms of being centrally located for the station and market this was perfect. I'd barely describe the room as clean as around/under the desk was dusty. The bed was uncomfortable and there was a strong smell of week from adjacent rooms (not uncommon at this hotel). The windows were single glazed which didn't help with the noise from the street below - people late at night and bin lorry very early in the morning. Generally an unpleasant stay and this was my 3rd time staying. Only one lift in operation, which is needed when you have luggage, so a long wait to go up/down. The decor in the room was dated, the room needed a deep clean as the skirting board was dusty. On the upside the bathroom had been redone and it was a great shower. The staff were great at check in and when I needed more milk. Take your own coffee as what they provide is quite vile. When you book here, remember the old adage - "you get what you pay for". It was a budget room, with budget comfort and facilities. Please be aware that you travel along a little, dark dingy alleyway to get to reception. Depending which direction you approach the hotel has an influence on how well it is lit.
