A relatively modern complex handy for the city centre. The bedroom and bathrooms were very clean and tidy with all amenities. The breakfast was buffet style and catered for most, if not alk, needs. I also booked parking through the hotel whichvwas vloseby and sensibly priced.

Room clean and spacious but bland. Bathroom functional. TV broken but quickly resolved once reported. Swimming pool massive disappointment. Not at hotel but local sports centre. Not available during our stay. Parking a nightmare. Nearby multistorey could not be booked. Private space booked instead was not walkable distance due to busy road structure and driving rain and resulted in expensive Uber transfers. Reception more suited to a swimming pool than 4 star hotel. Restaurant closed on a Friday evening. Overall very dissappointing stay but should have realised by the name 'conference hotel'.

Pleasant welcome from staff. Room was small and basic but clean. Suffered a bit of noise from my neighbour with a TV turned up loud or wall paper thin or bit of both. Soap dispenser was empty. Good for the price.

Awful hotel, no parking, staying in student rooms, tiny, out of date. No air con, bed was awful. Genuinely avoid this place at all costs. The pool isn't even onsite. It's wrong they show the pool in the advert.
