The location and staff were excellent. It is just opposite New Street Station and close to everything. It is in the heart of Birmingham with a lot of shopping centres, restaurants, clubs and attractions nearby. The staff were helpful and always there if you need any help. It is a good value of money although you have to pay for extra staff (TV, internet...). Room was comfortable with air conditioning/heating. Bathroom was clean. However there was no disc or shelf to put you staff on.

Room contained no other furniture except bed. Wifi £5/night expensive and excessive. TV £5 for access to Freeview. Daily room service a paid for extra. Wont now be using this chain of hotels again because of it. Ended up with stiff back because of poor sitting position on bed. Not good.

The room was veey small, but it does the job really. There was no windows but this was stated on the room description.

Cheap and cheerful, and very Easy group in style. If you just need a bed, it's great. But, need to watch TV... Pay... Or use WiFi in an area with free WiFi available from local businesses, pay. Bed, works as a bed. Make sure you pull the blinds down before undressing though. Good shower.
