Nice hotel. Shame that the staff on reception were rude to my work colleague last night. On calling to request a Resturant booking at another hotel and a taxi, she was met with a sharp thrift ‘we don’t do that’ no explanation just that. A simple explanation of why, would not have gone amiss. Please get rid of the tinned fruit at breakfast.

Overall goodbut room for improvememt

All good - as expected for a Hilton. Only feedback i would give is that more staff needed to cover breakfast. Guests had to wait to be seated, tables not cleared, no cups, no teabags waiting for hot food that had run out. It was chaotic!

Great location

Great location for the utilita arena, easy check in and great rooms. Breakfast poor again lack of staff replenishing items, tables not cleaned quickly enough ended up sitting up the bar.

A pleasant stay over

We had a lovely evening st the theatre and fancied a stopping in town and Hotel Garden Inn was you the right place to stop, abd the breakfast next morning was lovely

Fabulous hotel, great value for money

Fabulous hotel, great value for money. We stayed here to go to the utilita arena, the location is great. Room was fab, very clean and lovely decor. Super comfy bed, and great breakfast. Staff were all very friendly. Would use this hotel again

The on site parking access codes did not work, had to call direct to hotel to gain access. Parking entrance and exit is very very tight and almost impossible for large vehicles.
