Unfortunately there was a long wait for breakfast and not enough room in the dining area so had to use the bar area, where tables are not the right height for eating. The hotel seemed short staffed as tables weren't cleared and some food/juice not replenished quickly.

Nice welcome, room was very good and bed was comfortable. Location is very good especially for the Utilita Arena and the ICC, and it’s only a short walk into the main shopping areas. Would happily stay again.

Nice enough night away for concert. Let down by no toilet paper and do not disturb sign. Mentioned to housekeeping who just shrugged her shoulders and said she had got any. Had to ring reception. Breakfast good and check-in in straight forward. Room was what you would expect.

Room comfortable and clean. Friendly staff and lovely Xmas ambiance. A shame about the bar experience due to a party. They should operate bar space for hotel guests. I waited 20 mins at the bar and was totally ignored at the end of the bar only to be told afterwards they don’t serve at the end. I was served eventually but an overall unsatisfactory experience.

The room was nice and clean, hotel was a great location BUT there was a Christmas party which is to be expected over the festive season… although we were on the 5th floor, the music was so load we couldn’t relax and sleep. At 11.15 we attempted to call reception to see what time the music would continue until but there was no answer. My husband went down to check and was greeted with no empathy for the situation and was told midnight. Having spoken to reception again upon check out, they were very apologetic and had confirmed they’d ask the general manager to contact me - I haven’t had any contact as promised. I feel that good customer service would have left us feeling less frustrated about the situation. We don’t complain usually, but with 2 young children we rarely get a night away and we felt it was a shame that we weren’t informed upon check in of the party and then to have no apology about the noise wasn’t great. I would argue that 11 perhaps the volume or bass could have been lowered to allow guests above the function room to sleep.

Not enough tables to seat people, ended up eating breakfast with my knees by my ears on a lounge chair and table. note to hotel, don't sell breakfast knowing you cannot service all of the breakfasts you have sold. Very Very poor service. Rooms clean and tidy staff helpful. if you a broad guy or gal you may struggle to sit on the toilet as they have fixed the toilet roll holder where your shoulder should be!!!! All in all should have spent the same money and gone to the premier inn. won't be using Hilton again..
