Very help full staff, secure parking within the property, the room was very clean and nice layout ,it was ideal for the place that i was visiting (Utilita Arena) which was a 10 minute walk to, spot on.

I liked the location. A safe clean area close to the museum. The hotel was very clean. The bar was open until 2am and although i didnt use it that would be useful if you wanted a late drink. The room was large. Very clean. Tv worked. Small but clean bathroom with a shower and seperate toilet. Overall very please. Only negative was a smell in the morning that woke me up. It must have been from the drains.

Very disappointed with my stay at Ibis. The room was extremely hot which made the room very uncomfortable and when asked if we could turn the AC down we were told it was already at lowest level and there was nothing we could do. Resulting in a terrible nights sleep in what felt like a sauna
