Friendly and helpful staff, we phoned the day before to ask for two rooms interconnecting and were pleased when we arrived there was a note on our booking and were allocated the requested rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Restaurants, Sainsbury’s, Tesco Express on doorstep plus Cinema 5 minute walk. Sea Life, Legoland 10 minute walk. Nice area and peaceful. Would recommend and would stay again.

Lovely, warm,clean and comfortable room with really nice toiletries and coffees etc. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, one of the best I've had. The lady in the restaurant was very kind. The hotel is in a great spot and everything is on the doorstep.
