Comfortable room, deluxe- (standard very small!). Friendly and helpful staff, particularly concierge.

Standard room , City view - is cramped and small window overlooks wall. Heating unresponsive and so is reception supervisor.

Visit this property often and sadly it has deteriorated greatly. The hallway we were located on looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Hotel room doors were battered and dirty. Plaster had been chipped off walls and plaster dust on the carpet had been left uncleaned. Room was cold and air conditioning didnt seem to respond to higher temperatures. TV only displayed four or five stations. The rest were unwatchable. The bar area was icy cold. Staff were slow to serve. Had to ask several times to get any service. The place just seems to have gone downhill rapidly since the last time we stayed.

Magical

It truly was a magical place, beautiful and clean. The staff was exceptional! Very professional, attentive and polite. The restaurant doesn’t offer very much variety, room for improvement there if I’m honest. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Perfect stay

Pros: Location, executive rooms with lounge access, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.
Location: Central location for entertainment and shopping.
I cannot fault my stay here. From check in until check out I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The executive rooms are large, comfy and well stocked and gave free access to the executive lounge where we enjoyed a nightcap. Breakfast was plentiful and hot.

Perfect stay

Ideal for what we wanted. Right on Broad Street. Parking facilities and a warm welcome from the staff. Will definitely be staying at Regis Park again

Beautiful hotel, perfect location.

My partner surprised me for my birthday back in July, we could not fault our stay at all. Because of our fantastic first stay we came back for my partners birthday 27.10.17 We also brought another couple with us, who also loved every minute. We are planning our next visit :)
