The Staybridge Suites Birmingham by IHG is ideally situated in the heart of the city, just a short walk from Birmingham New Street station. The hotel felt very safe, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Our room was spacious, well-designed, and impressively quiet. We stayed on the 12th floor, and were especially pleased with the room size, the comfort of the beds and pillows, and the effective air conditioning. I would highly recommend this hotel.

1.5 hour early check in cost us £20, breakfast was very bland, no shower caps or any form of toiletry available in the room or front desk but on the bright side the hotel is close to new street station but surrounded with crack heads
