Stayed for a concert at the O2… The hotel was perfect, well priced, easy check in/out… didn’t have the need but had a microwave, sink, fridge and basic cooking utensils for self catering. Only drawback was parking as this area is really busy (especially rush hour)… otherwise, a good location for the O2 👍

Poor Desk Service

It wasn't made clear during the booking process that although we booked a three bed apartment it hadn't been booked for three people. When this was pointed out at the desk what was an honest mistake was met with a level of patronising distain by the staff. After then paying to upgrade the room for three adults there wasn't sufficient bedding.

Bad customer service and dirty

The floor was dirty as there was leaves on the floor when I got there Also had a yellow stain on the bed had to sleep on the sofa which was not comfortable at all. After all that the lady at reception was very rude to me as I asked to pay cash for overstay charge and she said yes over the phone when the time came to pay she threatened to call the police after 30 secs escalating the situation instead of helping me find a solution basically forcing me to find someone to borrow money from to put in my account when i literally had the money money in my hand.

Lovely stay, comfy and clean

Lovely room, it had more facilities than we needed, including dishwasher, coffee machine, cutlery etc. Very clean, lovely design. Very comfy bed and pillows. There was a strange noise coming from the shower throughout the night, we reported this in the morning and that have said they will deal with it.

Really pleased with our overnight stay, had a free upgrade which was lovely, rooms were spotless and fresh looking. Kitchen area had everything you could need. Bathrooms spotless and great water pressure! All staff were very polite and welcoming and it had a good atmosphere. We rebooked parking and it was a very safe place to leave our car. Will definitely use Staycation again!

Excellent Stay

Lovely two bedroomed apartment. Fully equipped kitchen (no oven), but there is a microwave, toaster, hob, fridge etc Only downside no TV in the main bedroom - just in the living room/kitchen. It was clean and very spacious. Only £7 in an Uber to get to New Street Station. There is a Tesco Express/Co-Op just round the corner. I would definitely return.

Perfect for us going to a concert at the Utillita Stadium. Staff very welcoming. Room clean nothing to wow about. However, it has a kitchenette with a coffee machine and all you need. Will definitely use it again if i go to a concert.

When we arrived, we were initially placed in the wrong room, but the staff were quick to relocate us. However, in the second room, there was a spillage on the floor that needed cleaning. The housekeeping team responded promptly, but it was still an inconvenience. Additionally, the room we were given had some issues—the TV wasn’t in the bedroom but in the living area, and the fold-out bed where the TV was located didn’t unfold properly. This meant we had to move rooms again, which was disruptive. Despite these setbacks, the overall stay was good. I have stayed here before and would stay again. The staff were apologetic, and the receptionists were friendly and accommodating.
