Traditional hotel with history, staff very friendly and helpful amt all times. Very homely. Nice food.

Quite expensive, food quality poor, staff very friendly but untrained, hotel needs investment. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is good. Our room was clean and quiet but the hotel in general lacks maintenance and is no longer up to date.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was comfortable,warm and quiet with a lovely view of the prom and the sea..unfortunately the bed was a bit too high but very comfortable. I was very happy with my experience and will be staying at the imperial Hotel again soon.

Staff were all extremely nice and very helpful. Paying £9 a night to park was too much. Breakfast was excellent. Had to change rooms after unpacking as we discovered the room we were given did not have any power. Must have tripped out or something. Second room was very good. There was a fire alarm on the Sunday night due to some idiot smoking in their room I think. Luckily it was a lovely evening so the 40 minutes in the car park was pleasant enough. Overall an eventful trip.
