Booked in a handicap room with a hard to open door, intermittent hot and cold water and very weak to trickling water pressure from shower, which was fixed. No room cleaning between days. When asked why on the last day we were told by the desk we had to request it at checkin. Never heard of such!

Staff was friendly, everything else was terrible. The lobby smelled like smoke. Everything in the room was ripped, damaged or stained. Possible mold on the curtains. We left and checked into another hotel for fear of exposing our young children to possible mold. How they charged over $100 for one night is ridiculous.

They room was horrible. The mattress was gross and the bathroom had hair in the shower and floor. The whole floor smelled like marijuana. Thank God we only had to stay there the night.

The beta part of our stay was the friendliness of the check in/out staff. The lady was very friendly amd kind. Our room was less than desirable. The lamps were rusty, there was a small amount of mold/mildew on the curtains, and there was dark hair on the walls of the shower. Also, the hinges on the bathroom door were extremely rusted.
