Upon checking in was informed that the elevator was broken and I was placed on the 4th floor. I drove 3 hours from Orlando to come into town for an event. I was checking in at 9pm. Not much options for another hotel.The front desk agent was kind enough to help me bring my luggage up to the top floor. I was extremely underwhelmed when arriving to the room. It was extremely dingy. The head boards was severely stained and brown. Bed sheets extremely stained, overall unclean room. Checked out sooner than I was supposed to because I refused to spend another night in that biohazard.

We have stayed often at different La quintas. Unfortunately not all great. But this one is. Nice bed linens. Nice shower products. quiet. A guide for the tv channels. Close to restaurants welcoming staff.!just really comfortable. We will stay here again in the future.

My rating for this property is based primarily on the staff, & area surrounding the property. The property itself is in need of an upgrade! The room carpet was in need of cleaning. The AC was extremely too loud (although it worked fine); & don't expect a hot shower, b/c it takes 15 - 20 minutes for the hot water to get hot - Sigh!! When I complained about the water situation the staff responded with that it's an old building... What?!? Oh well... Once the water heats, you can expect a really good shower. Lastly, the elevator was out due to repairs, but we were lucky to have a room on the 1st floor. As for the area surrounding the property; it's located in Coral Springs which is a really nice area; & is surrounded by nice restaurants, bars, & plenty of shopping! Nevertheless, I'm disappointed in this Wyndham property, & will not stay here again!!

The hotel was not particularly clean, and the lack of an elevator to go up to the third floor made it very difficult for my wife who has balance problems. There was absolutely no concessions made for this by the staff of the hotel.

Worst hotel and service I ever experienced.

Hotel was dirty, outdated elevator was broken, and said if we don't want to stay there we don't have to, at 10:30pm at our arrival time. The hideaway bed was disgusting and had a boat cushion for the seated surface. We had no hot water and receptionist said she couldn not do anything about it. Don't like it leave.

It was ok. It wasn't the nicest or the cleanest, but it wasn't terrible. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasn't great. The elevators were out of service and I was not notified until check in when I was assigned a room on the 4th floor, so that wasn't great. Otherwise, just kind of meh.

I have multiple sclerosis and difficulty walking and asked for a room by the elevator. I was called 15 minutes before our check-in to be told. The elevator was broken and that we would be placed on the second floor needing to use the stairs to get to our room. There were no options for first floor rooms left available. When I checked in several employees helped us carry all our bags up the stairs to the second floor. For that I am grateful. The rooms were small and musty, somewhat clean,but there was a blood stain on our bedspread. Will not stay here again

Nice Stay and Hotel no Hot Water for Shower.

Very nice well maintained hotel. Very friendly staff and nice and quiet. The only down side was no hot watter in the shower. No matter how long we ran it, it did run in the sink though. Called the Desk, but not much they said they could do. Would still come back though. Left before continental breakfast.
