Great venue, lacking in customer service

Great room, very clean. Staff was very busy and short with us . There was a wait to check in and the man at the front desk was very polite and I don't feel like he gave us a great welcome and instructions of the amenities because there was a line behind us. He didn't inform me about the parking situation. So I was charged twice to park my own car. No one interacted with us in the halls in the lobby at the pool etc. Check out was also another line to wait in were some lady with a eastern European accent was very rude, she made me feel like I was lying about not being told how to park and that I'd already paid for it. Also felt very rushed. It's a great property but the staff needs some training.

Beautiful new hotel and wonderful staff. Pool is great but chairs fill up very quick. Beach is excellent. Limited dining options around besides sandwiches and pizza. Our 2 bedroom suite was massive - so clean, new and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Riverside view

Beautiful hotel! It’s not the fault of the hotel, but the River view is pretty much just a view of a liquor store and 7 eleven. The Abalone restaurant downstairs was beautiful, the food very nice and the young man serving us was amazing :)
