We stayed at this hotel with our family and had a great experience. The pool area is beautiful and perfect for relaxing. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Nancy at the front desk greeted us with a big smile and patiently answered all our questions. The two girls at the bar were just as kind and attentive. The food took a bit longer to be ready, but the staff always kept a positive attitude, checking in with a smile and asking if we needed anything else. Beach access was also very convenient, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. We felt it could have been better, especially the bathroom, which was a bit dirty when we arrived. Other than that, we truly appreciated the warm hospitality .

It was okay…

We booked this hotel for a last-minute trip(we’ve stayed here once before) and encountered some challenges during our stay. Initially, there was an issue with our room availability upon check-in. The front desk staff member who assisted us was quite short and seemed unwilling to accommodate us, which was disappointing. After requesting to speak with the manager, I found her demeanor to be similarly unwelcoming. However, she did manage to rearrange things and explained that the delay in our room availability was due to our same-day booking and a shortage of cleaning staff. The following day, we requested housekeeping service at 9 AM along with extra towels. Unfortunately, when we returned to our room at 5 PM, it had not been serviced, and there were no towels. We were offered housekeeping but they wer unsure of what time that would happen. I declined as I needed to shower and get ready for dinner. In terms of comfort, the beds were a bit too soft for my liking, and the air conditioning unit lacked a fan option, making it challenging to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room. Overall, while our stay was decent, I believe there is significant room for improvement, especially considering the price point. Enhanced customer service training for the staff would greatly elevate the experience for future guests.

Family Friendly hotel.

The room was spacious and very clean. I like the modern look and no carpet. The pool and hot tub is nice if it’s warm out. Beach access right from the pool area. Parking can be a challenge unless you valet park. Overall night family getaway.

Pros it’s a beautiful hotel with an amazing ocean view from my oceanfront room. The grounds are beautiful and always kept clean. The people are wonderful and friendly. also, it is a great location. Cons overpriced parking. And they don’t tell you that tip is included in anything you purchase, including food and coffee. So beware. It took us years to figure that out. Also was very disappointed because there was blood stains on my comforter and under blanket. You think that the housekeeping would’ve noticed that Before I checked in.

AS TWO WOMEN TRAVELING FOR OUR 40TH GIRLS TRIP, WE FELT EXTREMELY UNSAFE IN THIS AREA AND WOULD NOT RETURN FOR THAT REASON. The area around the hotel is VERY unsafe. It is known by the locals to be where drug addicts and homeless roam. We felt very uncomfortable walking outside, even to go across the street to the souvenir store during the day time. While outside of the souvenir store, I was approached by a homeless man who become agitated with me, but thankfully walked away. And, 7:35 PM that evening, there was a SHOOTING just two hotels down from us!!! We overlooked the fact that this might’ve been a spring break week and we will never miss checking for that again! We were there 3-13 to 3-16, 2025. The hotel itself is beautiful and kept very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Housekeeping was quick with extra blankets and towels when we asked. The pool is GORGEOUS and overlooks a very clean beach. There is a restaurant option on-site and a small cafe that you can buy fresh fruit, sandwiches and snacks from. We met one bartender we ABSOLUTELY LOVED! However, overall the restaurant servers, bartenders, and cafe store staff we encountered were very rude. The store staff did not know what the food was that they were selling. One waitress in the restaurant was so rude that I was scared to drink my water and eat my food for fear that she spit in it. We hope this review helps someone! We will not come back and would NEVER let our kids go here on Spring Break!
