The front desk was very accommodating. The first room giveen was terrible. Door lock was broken, floors and glass windows dirty, walls look like they were being repaired. Think place was being renovated. They did give us a new room and that was satisfactory except the floor was pretty dirty. Not sure if they wash them.

The hotel is quiet. The rooms are clean but stay damp even with dehumidifiers. Have stayed here several times through the years. Is a nice place to relax and unwind. The salt air is taking its toll on the property.

Where do you start? First of all we got there checked in and the door handle fell off in our hands. The toilet paper fell off the wall. The first time she ran into the bathroom when we got in the room finally, the Jacuzzi had an electrical problem, and did not work until a man spent over an hour in our room the following day, fixing the switch on the wall Coffee machine was missing half of its parts so that couldn’t be used until they changed that the following day and other than the view, I’d say it was rather terrible

This suite has very nice staff, location, and amenities. Stayed here for 3 days and it was a very nice stay. The cleaners come daily, along with the free contenental breakfast of course. For the overall price you get your moneys worth at least. Only issue I had while staying was a couple bugs but overall a great time!

Amazing service! Michael was exceptionally accommodating to me and my kids during our stay. I’ve stayed here before and will definitely return. Also love the sunrise and sunset walks on the beach.

This property is in a state of decline. It is not the beautiful lotus it may have once been. The bed is not a plush pillowtop. My husband had to get out at 5 am unable to stand upright. Unsafe bench at foot of bed. Tiny bugs in fridge/sink area. TV remote taped together. Stations confusing. Marijuana drifting upward onto our balcony. Balcony/view beautiful. Beach beautiful. Pool area ok. Fountain/fire features in need of repair. Room clean. Not a boutique property. Probably ok for $100 or less and not wanting upkept/nice property with uncomfortable beds.
