Initial impression of breskfast looked reasonaby inviting but in reality the chocolate chip muffins were rock hard, halved breakfast rolls had been sitting out for hours and seemed stale. Likewise the "fresh" orange juice was in early stages of fermentation. Scrambled eggs were unlike any scrambled eggs I have had before. Overall it was totally underwhelming

The room was spotless and absolutely gorgeous. The staff were very friendly and helpful in giving recommendations for bars and restaurants. Big shout out to David for all of his advice to make our stay perfect. The snug bar is a must visit - absolutely stunning location to sit and enjoy a drink, or multiple drinks should I say! The hotel was clean throughout, with a lovely decor throughout. Our suite was just perfect and we will definitely be returning!

The rooms were perfectly appointed, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was surprisingly comfortable and secret/bespoke private club ambience…interesting people with an elegant unforced air. Will be coming back and only telling my best friends about this lovely haven!!!

The hotel is modern and has all the amenities but evening dinning on the premises is very limited. Access to secure underground parking is convenient and nearby. There are good restaurants in the vicinity.
