Great stay overall. Minor critiques

Amenities were good, rooms were very nice. Comfortable beds as well. I wish they did clean up the rooms at least every other day. Sand on the floors was annoying after beach days, a quick vacuum would be nice. Shower also water never got hot, warm but not hot.

The staff at the restaurant was unfortunately rude. The room smelled like an ash tray or a room that was a smoking room for 20 years and recently converted to non-smoking. When we asked the front desk, they simple said it was a guest who may have snuck cigarettes and it lingered. Nothing was offered to rectify the situation

Great experience overall 8/10. I got upgraded to balcony and the balcony was very underwhelming…not worth the extra if you need to pay. The pool was big but needs to have an optional heating option. The hot tub was broken

The hotel is great. It is a block away from the beach, but it’s a walk to the nearest store to grab snacks/drinks. We walked to get drinks, but would recommend just taking a quick Uber. Minutes via an Uber from the mall where you can get to PF Changs.
