The staff was friendly & helpful. Didn’t realize the Train goes past the back of the building, literally right under our balcony! If you are a light sleeper look elsewhere. Clean, well maintained room. Decor a little to south beach for my liking. Bed was a little firm but not bad.very close (walking distance) to so many wonderful restaurants & night clubs. Very convenient for traveler without a vehicle. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great property. Pool area was awesome, units were great, each bedroom had its own bathroom, We arrived at 8 am, staff was nice and stored our luggage for us and let us use the pool area while we waited for our rooms to be ready.

If you are not a heavy sleeper this is not the place for you. Very active train track behind hotel that is pretty noisy.

the doors lock and you need the key to get in and out. when we left we forgot our key in the room. we were basically trapped between two doors. if we didnt have our phone i dont know what we would have done. there needs to be an emergency phone in that area and they need to make a point of telling you of this potential issue

If you have perfume allergies or are handicap DO NOT GO HERE. I stayed for 12day for recovery from a tummy tuck. there are NO doors that have a handicap button to open them. NO one will help you hold the door. the lobby is sprayed with perfume resulting in daily headaches. We asked for our room to be cleaned and they stated it would be $75 extra dollars. When I arrived, they required a $2,000 hold as it was a $ 200-day hold. There is nowhere to chill besides the pool. they have a restaurant onsite which is mediocre, when asked for a glass of water w/my meal they charged me $4 and then proceeded to say they couldn't refund me b/c there was no manager on site. I sat at the bar which happened to be infront of the only check-out computer and she was ringing up ppl over my plate as I ate. I had to move over as this was soo disreceptful. The building is TOO secure. The front desk did not inform us that we needed our key to go on the elevator. you need a key to get on the elevator, then to get onto the floor, and then of course your own door. you need a key to get into the resultant. to use the bathroom to get onto the pool floor to leave the bathroom and to leave the building of the gym. It is right above a train, so you have that nose ALL day and night. parking is $45/day

OK, so the rooms are brand new and very spacious. The room layout itself is fantastic..there is real potential here (why 3 stars). There is a full kitchen and washer/dryer. I booked this due to the price being very resonable to other hotels nearby. But unfortunately I would not stay again as there were too many negatives. The balcony overlooks the train which is very noisy. The furniture choices are extremely uncomfortable and arranged with no thought. No TV in bedroom and living room couch does not allow you to view the TV comfortably. Too few elevators for the size of the building, be ready to wait a while... took so long we eventually gave up and walked down 4 floors with our luggage. The building is apartments so the front desk is not really prioritizing customer service. We had arrived a few hours early and the front desk person told us they would call us when our room was ready. Well, we left and came back 3 hours later just to check. Room was ready, never got a call. I never leave reviews, but this was a miss... If you don't mind a lot of noise and have no need to relax or watch TV, this may be for you.
