The front desk lady Crystal was very welcoming and lovely when we checked in. The rooms were immaculate and very spacious. Good water pressure in the shower and soft towels. The beds were super comfy, especially the pillows. The breakfast was outstanding, with the workers going above and beyond to keep everything stocked. The pool area was very nice and the family enjoyed the little games out there. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Check out was seamless. We also appreciated the dog walking area with convenient trash and waste bags available. We will be back for sure.

Room was clean, breakfast was good and good service. Good hotel and good value. Location could have been better beacuse there were very few restaurants within safe walking distance after dark. There was a very sketchy area only a few blocks away (not very safe in daylight).

As soon as we walkies in we were greeted and then on to check in which was quick and painless. The room was clean and quiet. There is a fridge and microwave which is very handy. I didn't get a chance to have breakfast sadly. But I enjoyed my stay and will be back soon!
